Supper Tonight Continued...

As requested, here is step-by-step for tonight's supper....2 servings

2 beef steaks
1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
1 (1/2 in thick) onion slice, cut into strips
4 small red potatoes, quartered
1/2 bottle fat-free italian dressing

Use half of dressing to marinade meat, and the other half toss with potatoes and veggies. I usually do this about lunch time. Put everything in a casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil and stick into fridge. This allows you to clean everything up and the only dishes you will have after supper is the plates and casserole dish! Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat. For a darker and crispier taste, take the foil off for the last 15 minutes. You can also do all of this in a crock pot. Prepare and clean up the night before and then just turn it on the next day. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6-8. And remember, you can substitute any kind of meat, or veggie. If you want brown rice instead, cook it separate. Enjoy!

For the post below this one.....

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 tub cooking cream
1/4 box wheat spaghetti

cook the chicken in the olive oil while the spaghetti is cooking....then follow the directions on the tub of cooking cream...pretty simple....add the cream to the chicken, then toss with pasta...next time i am going to add some veggies in with it...should be yummy!
