Italian dressing, add your favorite veggies to the mix! Cover and cook at 400 for 30 minutes and add some brown rice, whole wheat pasta, or sweet potatoes to go with it. Always comes out yummy!
On another note, I get weighed and measured next week. Cant wait to see how I did!
