Supper Tonight

Tonight I tried something new. I used a Philadelphia cooking cream. There is only 100 calories in 1/4 cup of the cream. Along with the skinless chicken and whole wheat pasta, it makes a VERY good supper. I would usually add some bell peppers and onions, but since I had the green beans I decided to save them for another night.
Definitely would recommend buying this product. Since it is new, there are a lot of deals and coupons for it right now. I got it 2/ 5 dollars with a 1.50 coupon. So they each cost me 1.75!!! And just remember, a little pasta goes a long way. You don't want to make it too dry.

Getting Ready

I havent had a blog in about a year. I may still write in my other one, but one thing at a time. I decided to start this because out of all the people I know that have lost a drastic amount of weight have done so using a blog, or facebook, or online journal, along with the proper diet and exercise of course. March 4th I am joining Curves. I am nervous and excited at the same time. I was a member before and lost quite a bit, but ended up quiting for other health reasons. If this doesnt work, come September I will have to have the gastric bypass. I really do not want to have it so I am going to work hard.
Feel free to leave encouraging words, suggestions, experiences, whatever you feel would help me. My next post will most likely be March 4th.
